Detox Bath also good for pain
June 3rd, 2010Recently I was given this recipe from a colleague and friend to see if it would help my Dad with his pain. He has had a bout of sciatica since February and was taking lots of ibuprofen and using pain patches. This had really taken it’s toll on his stomach. He also has had a flare up of him previous metastatic bone cancer which also causes bone pain. After only taking two of these baths he no longer needed pain medication, and now after 10 of them his energy and appetite has increased as well. Can also be used as an occasional detox bath for those without other health issues.

Costco has the Epsom Salts and Salt at a great price.
Detox bath for 2 to 3 hours (!!!) at a time: 2 pounds real salt (sodium chloride) or sea salt 1 pound baking soda 1 pound Epsom salts Start with 2 ounces 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide ( I have some), then increase to 4 oz per bath, then to 6 oz per bath., then 8 ounces per bath. Hold at this level (8 ounces). Lugol’s solution, 15 drops per bath
The person must stay in bath at least 2 hours. They can buy a hotplate or electric tea kettle and keep it near the bathtub and use a pot to rewarm water bit by bit.
We have also found bubble wrap over the water in the tub will keep it warm longer. Also, a TV to watch a movie or book to read is good to pass the time.
It’s putting in OXYGEN and pulling out TOXINS. Bathes should continue on a daily basis for as long as it takes to beat this thing. 1-2 months, maybe more. Depending on what the person is dealing with. It’s a lot, but then again, it is nothing compared to the hell people on chemo/radiation are put through.

This only works if people do it. Many Americans are just too busy to do this. Then again, some are in just enough pain to give it a try! Please do!
